Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 30, 2026
1. The Interface
GPAD ("the Interface", "we", "us"), part of the Global Virtual Coin ecosystem, provides access to a decentralized launchpad protocol on public blockchains. Using the Interface requires a third-party non-custodial wallet; your relationship with that wallet provider is governed by their terms.
2. Acceptance & Changes
By using the Interface you agree to these Terms. We may modify them at any time; continued use means acceptance.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age and authorized to comply with these Terms and the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any legal restrictions that apply to you.
4. Not Registered / No Advice
GPAD is not registered with any regulatory body, including the U.S. SEC. We do not provide investment advice, and any trades you submit are unsolicited. Participation in launches does not guarantee allocation, performance, or project success.
5. Non-Custodial
GPAD does not hold or control your assets and owes you no fiduciary duty. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and decisions.
6. KYC/AML
Certain launches may require identity verification and screening to comply with applicable laws. We may refuse or restrict participation accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and branding are the property of GPAD or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Prohibited Activity
No unlawful use, fraud, manipulation, sanctions evasion, or interference with the Interface.
9. Assumption of Risk & Liability
You accept the risks of blockchain systems, smart contracts, and digital-asset volatility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPAD is not liable for losses arising from your use of the Interface.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the GPAD Interface, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
